FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

- For Short Term Guests or Student Camps

  1. How do I apply to stay?

    We accept applications on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your enquiry.

  2. How should payment be made?

    Payments to be made in Singapore dollars, cash (we appreciate exact or close to exact payment) upon arrival check-in at the office. A receipt can be issued by the next working day.

  3. Can male guests stay here?

    Yes male teachers, students, parents and invited persons do join us for short term stays. All male guests are here either on official educational matters, from educational institutions or parents and persons related to staff and students.

  4. What kind of meals is provided?

    A range of meals are provided over the week comprising Western, Chinese and other local & Asian-themed food. Meals come with a main course, side dish, fruit and soup.

    Our kitchen is non-Halal, hence meals for our Muslim residents will be catered from an external kitchen.

    Applicants should inform the Boarding School of any special dietary requirements during application to enquire if these requirements can be met before confirmation of stay.

  5. How can we do our laundry?

    There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers conveniently available for personal laundry. Washing powder can be purchased from the boarding office.

  6. Must we return to boarding school by a certain time?

    Guests can return at a time of their choice. We request that guests keep the noise volume down as our neighbourhood enjoys peace and quiet by around 7.30pm.

    Our gates are locked at 10.30pm but a security guard will be on standby to assist with any late returns.

    • Return timings for student groups will be in the care of their teachers.
    • Adult guests can decide on their return timings.

  7. Can we have visitors to our rooms?

    Visitors are only allowed at our Main lobby Function Room. Strictly no visitors are allowed to enter the guest or residential wings.

    Visitor hours:
    Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 3pm - 7pm only
    Weekends (Sat/Sun/Public Holiday): 10am - 10pm

  8. What other matters should we observe?

    We thank our guests for noting that our Boarding School is a non-smoking premise and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.  We seek all guests to be properly attired and to observe appropriate behaviour in the presence of students.
